Alibaba will provide the AGLA participants with comprehensive global mobility services including but not limited to relocation and housing assistance, local resources guide, basic language training, and a buddy system. In the meanwhile, living in a foreign country always requires an open mind, an adventurous heart, and a passion to immerse in and learn about a different culture, which are also important characteristics to succeed in a global organization.
